Michele was the perfect agent for us. She was able to answer all of our questions and guide us through the process of first time home buying. She understood our preferences after just one conversation and didn't stop until she found the perfect house at the perfect price for us. I would highly recommend Michele to anyone and everyone. :)

Michele was referred to us thru our affiliation with Mutual of Omaha Lending Services (Concierge) after we requested that are initial broker be replaced. The reason for requesting a replacement was that the broker failed to understand our needs and requirements. After my first conversation with Michele, I knew we had our forever broker. She allowed me to voice my needs, wants, and requirements. Michele often repeated my desires, acknowledging that I was heard. Michele allowed me to take the lead in the home selection but was always present to guide the decision-making process. My schedule was Michele's, and a phone call or text never went unanswered. This was our first home-buying experience, and thanks to Michele, one we will recall with fond memories.

Whenever I needed her, she was just a text or phone call away. She made my experience less stressful.

I had some questions after my inspection and Michele Brown called in a person to check a couple of things out and provide recommendations.

Since I am new to the area Michele Brown has provided me with names and phone numbers for handymen and electrians.

Well first of all I am a handful to say the least. I was recommended by someone and felt comfort and warmth working with Michele. She was very tentative to my needs. Its amazing how people lost the concept of traditional communication, not Michele we chated over the phone a bit. We went through some rough patches in finding a home, losing a home etc. However I found Michele to be rather uplifting and encouraging. That was apprieciated as there were a few times I just wanted to give up. But desptie all of that I found a friend.
